Registration

Registration for CUPUM 2015 is now open! The registration fee is $525 for standard participants, and $220 for students (with proof of student status). More information or to register, access our registration system: http://regonline.com/cupum2015_reg  UPDATE: Since it is now the week of the conference, online registration is now closed and new registrants must register onsite beginning at the opening reception on Tuesday, July 7, at 6 pm on the 6th floor of the New Media Lab building (E14) or, beginning Wednesday, at the registration desk next to the conference rooms on the first floor of the Stata Center (building 32).

Field Trips

The conference organizers have planned several field trips for Friday afternoon open to all conference participants and family members. Sign up for these trips using the registration link above, or see a description of the trips.

Accommodations

The conference is providing two lodging options, the Boston Marriott Cambridge ($249 per night) and on-campus housing in MIT Residence Halls ($54-$108/night).

Boston Marriott Cambridge

A block of hotel rooms is available at the Boston Marriott Cambridge (Two Cambridge Center, 50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142) at a special conference rate of $249 per night, plus applicable taxes. This rate is available for the nights of July 3-10. The deadline for booking at the conference rate is Monday, June 15. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis; it is recommended that you make your reservations early.

Note: If you are trying to book outside of the room block dates, please call the reservation number for availability and rates. If you attempt this online, the system will respond that no rooms are available.

MIT Residence Halls

In addition, a limited number of single- and double-occupancy non-air-conditioned MIT dorm rooms will be available. Rates for a single room will be $82 per night and a double room $108 per night. All room types have a twin-size (single) bed, a desk and chair, a closet, and guest WiFi access via MITNet. Please note that dorm rooms with private baths are not available; shared bathroom facilities are available on every floor. Registered attendees can submit a request using the link below by June 15:
