Sir Peter Hall was a most influential academic in urban planning and geography, and he was also a good friend of CUPUM and MIT. We are saddened by his recent passing. To honor his many contributions and reflect on how they have impacted our efforts to improve urban planning and management through the use of computing technologies, the CUPUM Board is organizing a special Panel Session at CUPUM 2015.
